All check-ins and check-outs are conducted in person to ensure your property is well-maintained and returned in excellent condition. The security deposit is collected and refunded one week after the guest's departure, following a thorough inspection.

A detailed property guide is provided to help guests use home appliances correctly, minimizing the risk of damage. Additionally, all guest data is securely collected and submitted to SEF in compliance with legal requirements.
