Villa Rose Design is a modern townhouse with a private pool, ideal for families with children up to 4 people.Located in the centre of Albufeira, 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket and restaurants, and many other facilities. The house is bright, wide and airy with a living area of 146m2. Villa Rose Design features modern decor that offers luxurious comfort, equipped with TV, Wi-Fi internet and air-conditioning.
Vila Rose Design consists of 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, on the ground floor the living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a large private terrace and a swimming pool and a big garden. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the first floor, a bedroom with a double bed and private bathroom and access to a balcony overlooking the garden. The large terrace next to the living room with electric sunshade, private pool and BBQ is a great place to socialize.On the property, there is a private open space to park a car.Small-size pets allowed on request.
Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, during the day, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at a normal level.Pets allowed on request, maximum 1 dog or 1 cat small size.The bed linen is changed after the first week, for stays longer than 14 days.The final cleaning is included.ATTENTION NO YOUNG GROUPS ALLOWED IN THIS VILLA!!

The villa was beautiful and very well-equipped. It met all of our needs in terms of us wanting a home from home type holiday and was very spacious. It was very easy for us to get around in terms of visiting places but this required an Uber car (or a very long walk) which was very cheap, so cheap, in fact, that we decided not to hire a car and, as a result, we saved a good few hundred pounds!! The only downside was that there was no local supermarket so we had to travel a bit of a distance to get groceries and it was necessary to get an Uber back with shopping. That said, it was only €3 to €4 for the journey. All in all, we highly recommend a stay at this villa as we had a fabulous holiday here.
