Vila Luz is composed of 3 bedrooms, on the ground floor the living room with open kitchen fully equipped, a large private terrace and a swimming pool. One bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom. The large terrace next to the living room with its electric sunblind and private pool is a great place to socialize and has a barbecue, a table, 6 chairs, and sun lounges. On the first floor, one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. The second bedroom with twin beds and an en suite bathroom and access to the balcony. Inside the property, there is a private closed & large garage space to park a car. According to Portuguese laws, identity cards or passport data is required prior to the guest's arrival.

The minimum age for booking is 25.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.

The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at an average level during the day.
