The first floor boasts a luxurious bedroom with a double bed, an en suite bathroom, and access to a balcony, creating a serene retreat. The second bedroom, furnished with twin beds, also features an en suite bathroom and balcony access. The entire house, spanning an expansive 156m², is characterized by its luminosity, spaciousness, and airy ambience.

The minimum age for booking is 25 years old.
We extend our warm welcome to you at our exclusive condominium. We trust that your stay will be both pleasant and serene. In adherence to Portuguese law, we emphasize the strict prohibition of noise after 10 pm to ensure the peace and quiet of our neighbours.
To maintain a peaceful environment, we've installed a sound monitoring device. It measures decibel levels, especially after 22:00. If the limit is exceeded, a warning call will kindly request reduced noise.
We kindly request your understanding and cooperation in upholding this legal requirement. Failure to comply with this rule will regrettably result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation, and no refund will be provided.
Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, during the day, music played outside the home should be kept at a normal level.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and your commitment to maintaining a harmonious living environment while you are on vacation.
*To elevate your experience, we offer the option of pool heating for an additional cost of 250 euros per stay. We understand the importance of a warm and inviting pool for your enjoyment.
*To ensure your satisfaction, kindly request pool heating at the time of booking. Please note that the pool requires a minimum of 85 hours to reach its maximum temperature of 28º. By planning ahead, we can guarantee your pool will be the perfect temperature upon your arrival.

Vi alla som bodde i lägenheten är supernöjda med Elena och lägenheten. Toppen!
Tack Elena för vänligt och proffsigt bemötande och för att vi fick checka in tidigare. Lägenheten var så fin och passade oss perfekt med rum och badrum! Tack också för det som fanns inhandlat , såsom vin frukt och kaffekapslar! Vår semester blev mycket lyckad trots lite dåligt väder.. Varma hälsningar från oss alla som bodde i lägenheten under veckan Via Lotta

The accommodation was excellent with all mod cons. Elena is an excellent host. The location is perfect for families as the immediate location is quiet but with easy access to the nearby old town & local nightlife.
