Located in the centre of Albufeira 10 minutes from the beach, supermarket and restaurants and many other facilities.
The apartment is bright, large and airy with a living area of 104m.
Mar a Vista apartment has a modern decoration offering comfort, equipped with smart TV, WiFi internet and air conditioning.
Mar a Vista apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, the living room with two sofas one of which is a sofa bed, dining table for 6 people and a balcony with direct views to the swimming pool, city and ocean. One of the bedrooms with a double bed bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom with two single beds.
According to Portuguese laws, identity cards or passport data is required prior to the guest's arrival.
These properties do not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
The minimum age for booking is 25.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Nightly disturbances caused by the guests are prohibited: between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am.
The guests must respect the neighbour’s rest night and not cause any problems or noise! Also, music, if played outside the home, should be kept at an average level during the day.

5 friends & myself stayed here for a girls holiday forn3 nights & the apartment was beautiful & so clean & welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in such a beautiful location. The hostess was so lovely & friendly & nothing was any trouble to her. She even let us check in early due to a flight time changeWould definitely visit again. Thank you ??

We moved on short notice here from a rental property we did not care for. Were delighted with this property. Very spacious, clean, and well appointed. The location is convenient to two grocery stores and the mall, and the restaurants along 'the strip' are easily accessible by bus with no transfers. Also, the host Elena was wonderful to deal with. Would stay here again when returning to Albufeira.
